TY BON'HOME : a crèche for Delta Dore employees
Delta Dore's head office is located in the village of Bonnemain in the middle of the countryside. Although this location offers a pleasant place to work, it offers little in the way of childcare facilities. This led the Delta Dore management to create a crèche in partnership with the village and AES Laboratoires. Baptised TY Bon'home, the crèche has 20 places and gives employees greater opportunity to reconcile the demands of their professional and private lives. The crèche lets children blossom while also giving parents peace of mind.

The “Ergonomics and Repetitive Strain Injury Prevention” initiative

Delta Dore has begun an initiative to promote ergonomics and prevent Repetitive Strain Industry among its employees.

A number of measures have been taken by Delta Dore to help its employees :

• Regular training sessions are held to prevent Repetitive Strain Injury (Stretching, muscle relaxation, flexibility, etc.)
• There is a working group dedicated to optimizing work stations and their layout
• The purchase of special machines has also helped to improve the working conditions of employees
