1. Conditions de mise en œuvre de la garantie

La garantie de DELTA DORE ne remet pas en cause vos droits prévus par la loi.

Les produits de la marque DELTA DORE bénéficient d’une garantie contractuelle courant à compter de la date d’achat des produits, dont la durée est indiquée au point 4. A défaut de production de la facture d’achat, la période de garantie sera considérée avoir débutée à la date de fabrication indiquée sur les produits.
Pour la mise en œuvre de la garantie, le client devra faire parvenir à son revendeur/distributeur, à ses frais et risques, le produit concerné dans son emballage d’origine ou, à défaut, dans un emballage similaire à celui-ci, accompagné de la facture d’achat.
Au titre de la garantie, DELTA DORE procédera, à son choix, après contrôle de l’objet de la réclamation, au remplacement du produit reconnu défectueux par un produit identique ou similaire ou à sa réparation, à l’exclusion de tous dommages et intérêts visant à couvrir des dommages directs et indirects.
L’immobilisation du produit au titre du Service Après Vente ne pourra donner droit à aucune indemnisation.
La garantie s’applique à condition que le produit ait été utilisé conformément à son usage habituel, selon les instructions du manuel d’utilisation.
Dans le cas d’un remplacement du produit, la date de début de garantie reste la date d’achat du produit initial

2. Exclusion de garantie

En aucun cas, la garantie DELTA DORE ne peut donner droit à des dommages et intérêts.

Sont notamment exclus de la garantie :
• Les produits avec une garantie spécifique du fabricant.
• le produit qui n’a pas été mis en marche ou employé conformément au mode d’emploi et qui n’a pas été utilisé à des fins privés.
• l’usure normale du produit
• les interventions consécutives à :
− des détériorations accidentelles (foudre, variations brutales de tension...),
− des modifications apportées au matériel en dehors des locaux de DELTA DORE,
− des erreurs de manipulation ou de branchement en cours de montage,
− des dégradations par suite de bris ou de choc,
− l’adaptation du produit à des fins de mise en conformité avec les normes techniques ou de sécurité applicables dans un pays autre que celui pour lequel le produit a été conçu et fabriqué à l’origine
− et, de façon générale, toute utilisation anormale ou usage autre que celui pour lequel ce matériel a été construit.
• les piles et accumulateurs.

La responsabilité de la mise en œuvre d’une installation d’alarme n’incombe en aucun cas à DELTA DORE.

3. Garantie des produits autres que de la marque DELTA DORE

La responsabilité technique sur les produits vendus au titre d’un fabricant est limitée à la fonction de distributeur et ne peut se substituer à celle du fabricant. A ce titre, la garantie et la réparation incombe au fabricant.

4. Durée de garantie en France métropolitaine

Les produits de nos gammes « Thermique », « Automatismes » et « Ecrans et Commandes » sont garantis 3 ans.
Les produits de nos gammes « Sécurité » sont garantis 5 ans.

1. Condizioni di validità della garanzia

La garanzia di DELTA DORE non mette in discussione i vostri diritti previsti dalla legge.

I prodotti del marchio DELTA DORE godono di una garanzia contrattuale, la cui durata è indicata al punto 4, che decorre dalla data d’acquisto dei prodotti stessi. In caso di mancata produzione della fattura d’acquisto, la data di fabbricazione indicata sui prodotti sarà considerata come l’inizio del periodo di garanzia.
Per usufruire della garanzia il cliente dovrà far pervenire il prodotto al rivenditore/distributore, a sue spese e rischi, imballato nella confezione originale o, in un imballaggio simile all’originale, allegando la fattura d’acquisto.
A titolo della garanzia, DELTA DORE procederà, a sua scelta, dopo aver controllato l’oggetto del reclamo, alla sostituzione del prodotto riconosciuto difettoso con un prodotto identico o simile, o alla sua riparazione, con esclusione di ogni risarcimento volto a coprire danni diretti o indiretti.
L’immobilizzazione del prodotto presso il Servizio Post Vendita non potrà dare diritto a nessun indennizzo.
La garanzia si applica a condizione che il prodotto sia stato utilizzato conformemente all’uso abituale, secondo le istruzioni riportate nel manuale.
In caso di sostituzione del prodotto, la data d’inizio della garanzia resta la data d’acquisto del prodotto iniziale.

2. Esclusione della garanzia

In nessun caso la garanzia DELTA DORE può dare diritto a risarcimenti.

Sono in particolare esclusi dalla garanzia:
• I prodotti con una garanzia specifica del fabbricante.
• il prodotto che non è stato messo in funzione o utilizzato conformemente alle istruzioni per l’uso e che non sia stato utilizzato a fini privati.
• l’usura normale del prodotto
• gli interventi consecutivi a:
− danni accidentali (fulmini, variazioni brutali della tensione, ...),
− modifiche apportate al materiale all’esterno dei locali di DELTA DORE,
− errori di manipolazione o di collegamento durante il montaggio,
− danni in seguito a urti o rotture,
− l’adattamento del prodotto affinché sia messo in conformità con le norme tecniche o di sicurezza applicabili in un paese diverso da quello per il quale il prodotto è stato progettato e fabbricato in origine.
− ed, in maniera generale, ogni uso anormale o diverso da quello per cui il prodotto è stato costruito.
• le pile e gli accumulatori.

La responsabilità dell’installazione di un allarme non è in nessun caso di DELTA DORE.

3. Garanzia dei prodotti non aventi il marchio DELTA DORE

La responsabilità tecnica sui prodotti venduti a titolo del fabbricante è limitata alla funzione di distribuire e non può essere sostituita a quella del fabbricante. A tale titolo, la garanzia e la riparazione spettano al fabbricante.

4. Durata della garanzia

I prodotti delle nostre gamme «Termica», «automatismi», «domotica» e  «Sicurezza» sono garantiti 2 anni.

1. Voorwaarden voor de toepassing van de garantie

De garantie van DELTA DORE doet op geen enkele wijze afbreuk aan uw rechten voorzien bij wet.

De producten van het merk DELTA DORE hebben een contractuele standaardgarantie die begint te lopen vanaf de aankoopdatum van de producten en waarvan de duur bepaald is in punt 4. Als er geen aankoopfactuur voorhanden is, wordt ervan uitgegaan dat de garantieperiode begonnen is op de productiedatum die op de producten vermeld wordt.
Voor de toepassing van de garantie moet de klant het product in kwestie in zijn oorspronkelijke verpakking of, wanneer die niet meer voorhanden is, in een soortgelijke verpakking, samen met de aankoopfactuur, voor eigen rekening en op eigen risico, terugbezorgen aan zijn detailhandelaar/verdeler.
DELTA DORE zal de klacht onderzoeken volgens de richtlijnen in de garantie en het product dat als beschadigd erkend wordt naar eigen goeddunken vervangen door een identiek of soortgelijk product of het product herstellen, met uitsluitsel van alle schadevergoedingen voor rechtstreekse of onrechtstreekse schade.
Als de Dienst Na Verkoop het product behoudt, zal dit geen enkel recht verlenen op vergoeding.
De garantie is van toepassing op voorwaarde dat het product op een correcte manier, conform de gebruikshandleiding, gebruikt werd.
Wanneer een product vervangen wordt, blijft de aanvangsdatum van de garantie de aankoopdatum van het oorspronkelijke product.

2. Uitsluiting van garantie

In geen enkel geval geeft de garantie van DELTA DORE recht op schadevergoeding of interesten.

Worden niet gedekt door de garantie:
• producten met een specifieke garantie van de fabrikant;
• producten die niet volgens de gebruikshandleiding opgestart of gebruikt werden of die niet voor privédoeleinden gebruikt werden;
• de normale slijtage van het product;
• tussenkomsten ten gevolge van:
− accidentele beschadigingen (bliksem, plotse spanningswisselingen...),
− wijzigingen aan het materiaal buiten de lokalen van DELTA DORE;
− verkeerde behandeling of slechte aansluiting tijdens het installeren;
− beschadigingen door breuk of schok;
− de aanpassing van het product aan technische of veiligheidsnormen die gelden in een ander land dan dat waarvoor het product oorspronkelijk ontworpen en geproduceerd werd;
− en, in het algemeen, abnormaal gebruik of gebruik dat niet overeenkomt met het gebruik waarvoor het product ontworpen werd.
• batterijen en accumulatoren.

DELTA DORE is in geen geval aansprakelijk voor de installatie van alarmsystemen.

3. Garantie van producten die niet van het merk DELTA DORE zijn

De technische verantwoordelijkheid voor producten die voor een bepaalde fabrikant verkocht worden, beperkt zich tot de functie van verdeler en niet van fabrikant. De garantie en de herstelling vallen onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de fabrikant.

4. Garantieduur

De producten uit onze gamma’s « Thermisch », « Automatisme », « Domotica » en « Veiligheid » hebben een garantie van 2 jaar.

WARUNKI GWARANCJI

1. Warunki obowiązywania gwarancji

Gwarancja DELTA DORE nie podważa praw konsumenta stanowionych przez prawo.

Produkty marki DELTA DORE podlegają gwarancji umownej rozpoczynającej się w momencie zakupu produktów; czas gwarancji jest określony w punkcie 4. W przypadku braku dowodu zakupu, moment rozpoczęcia okresu gwarancji będzie liczony od daty produkcji wskazanej na produktach.
W przypadku korzystania z gwarancji klient powinien dostarczyć sprzedawcy/dystrybutorowi, na własny koszt i ryzyko, rzeczony produkt, umieszczony w oryginalnym opakowaniu lub – w przypadku jego braku – w opakowaniu do niego podobnym, wraz z fakturą zakupu.
W ramach gwarancji DELTA DORE będzie postępować według własnego uznania – po kontroli przedmiotu reklamacji, jeśli uzna go za wadliwy, wymieni go na produkt identyczny lub pokryje koszty jego naprawy, z wyłączeniem wszelkich szkód i wydarzeń mających na celu pokrycie szkód pośrednich lub bezpośrednich.
Unieruchomienie produktu z powodu jego przekazania do Serwisu po Sprzedaży nie może podlegać roszczeniom odszkodowawczym.
Gwarancja funkcjonuje pod warunkiem, że produkt był użytkowany zgodnie ze swoim przeznaczeniem oraz z instrukcjami zawartymi w podręczniku użytkownika.
W przypadku wymiany produktu, za dzień rozpoczęcia okresu gwarancyjnego uważa się dzień zakupu pierwotnego produktu.

2. Wyłączenie gwarancji

W żadnym wypadku gwarancja DELTA DORE nie daje prawa do odszkodowania lub wypłaty odsetek.

Gwarancja nie obejmuje:
• produktów ze specyficzną gwarancją producenta.
• produktu, który nie został prawidłowo uruchomiony lub nie był użytkowany zgodnie ze swoim przeznaczeniem i nie był używany w celach prywatnych.
• normalnego zużycia produktu
• zdarzeń będących skutkiem:
− zdarzeń losowych (uderzenie pioruna, znaczne wahania napięcia...),
− zmian wprowadzanych do urządzeń poza ośrodkami DELTA DORE,
− błędów w obchodzeniu się lub w podłączaniu produktu przy montażu,
− uszkodzeń wynikających z rozbicia lub uderzenia,
− przerabiania produktu w celu przystosowania go do norm technicznych lub norm bezpieczeństwa obowiązujących w danym kraju, będącym innym niż ten, na rynek którego produkt był oryginalnie pomyślany
− oraz, ogólnie, każdego nietypowego, niezgodnego z przeznaczeniem wykorzystania lub użytkowania produktu.
• baterii i akumulatorów.

Odpowiedzialnością za podłączenie instalacji alarmowej w żadnym wypadku nie można obciążać DELTA DORE.

3. Gwarancja na produkty nienależące do marki DELTA DORE

Odpowiedzialność techniczna za produkty sprzedawane w imieniu producenta jest ograniczona do funkcji dystrybutora i nie może zastępować odpowiedzialności producenta. Z tego tytułu, gwarancja i koszty naprawy obciążają producenta.

4. Obchodzenie się z elektrośmieciami

Informacja dotycząca możliwości obchodzenia się z elektrośmieciami znajduje się na stronie www.deltadore.com.

5. Okres gwarancji

Produkty z gamy „Ogrzewanie”, „Automatyka”, „Domotyka” i „Bezpieczeństwo”  posiadają 3-letnią gwarancję.

CONDIÇÕES DE GARANTIA

 

1. Condições de atendimento da garantia

A garantia DELTA DORE não invalida os seus direitos previstos em lei.

Os produtos DELTA DORE se beneficiam de uma garantia contratual corrente a contar da data da compra dos produtos com a duração indicada no item 4. Na falta da fatura de compra, o período de garantia será considerado como tendo começado na data de fabricação indicada nos produtos.
Para a execução da garantia, o cliente deverá levar ao seu revendedor/distribuidor, por sua conta e risco, o produto em questão em sua embalagem original ou, na falta desta, numa embalagem similar àquela, acompanhado da fatura de compra.
Para atender a garantia, a DELTA DORE, após a verificação do objeto da reclamação, e a sua escolha, fará a substituição do produto reconhecidamente defeituoso por um outro, idêntico ou similar, ou executará reparos, excluindo todos os danos visando a cobrir danos diretos e indiretos.
A imobilização do produto em poder do Serviço Após Vendas não dará direito a nenhuma indenização.
A garantia se aplica sob a condição de que o produto tenha sido utilizado conforme o seu uso habitual e segundo as instruções do manual de utilização.
No caso de substituição do produto, a data de início da garantia permanece como a data de compra do produto inicial.

2. Exclusão de garantia

Em nenhum caso a garantia da DELTA DORE dará direito a indenização por danos.

São especialmente excluídos da garantia :
• Os produtos com uma garantia específica do fabricante.
• o produto não foi colocado em uso ou empregado conforme o seu modo de emprego e não foi utilizado para fins privados.
• o desgaste normal do produto
• intervenções posteriores a :
- deteriorações acidentais (descargas atmosféricas, variações bruscas de tensão...),
- modificações feitas no material fora dos locais da DELTA DORE,
- erros de manipulação ou de conexão durante a montagem,
- degradações em seguida a quebras ou impactos,
- a adaptação do produto para colocá-lo em conformidade com as normas técnicas ou de segurança aplicáveis num país diverso daquele para o qual ele foi concebido e fabricado originalmente
- e, de forma geral, toda utilização anormal ou diversa daquela para a qual o material foi construído.
• baterias e acumuladores.

Em nenhum caso a DELTA DORE será responsável pela execução de uma instalação de alarme.

3. Garantia de produtos outros que não da marca DELTA DORE

A responsabilidade técnica pelos produtos vendidos sob o nome de um fabricante limita-se à função de distribuidor e não pode substituir a do fabricante. Neste caso, a garantia e a reparação cabem ao fabricante.

4. Duração da garantia

Os produtos das nossas linhas « Térmica », « Automatismo » e « Automação doméstica » e « Segurança »  são garantidos 3 anos.

1. Warranty terms

Your statutory rights are not affected by the terms of DELTA DORE’s warranty.
DELTA DORE products have the benefit of a contractual warranty starting on the date of purchase ofthe products, and whose duration is stated below. In case of non production of the sale invoice, the warranty period is considered to have started at the date of manufacture shown on the products.
To activate the warranty, the purchaser must, at its own expense and risk, send the product concerned in its original packaging or, in default, in similar packaging, together with the sale invoice to its retailers/distributor.
Under this warranty, DELTA DORE shall, at its option and after examination of the item concerned in the claim, replace any product acknowledged to be defective with an identical or similar product, or repair it, and shall not pay any damages covering direct, indirect or consequential losses.
Loss of use of the product during After-Sales Service shall not be compensated.
The warranty applies provided the product has been handled properly for its intended use and in accordance with the operation instructions.
In case of replacement, the warranty will continue from the date of original purchase.

2. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover for the losses consequent in nature.
Exclusions to the warranty include:
a) Products with a specific manufacturer’s warranty.
b) The products is being used for commercial purpose.
c) normal wear and tear of the product, or any negligence or improper or non-compliant use, modification or repair of the products by the purchaser.
d) service calls following :
− accidental damage (lightning, sudden voltage variations, etc),
− modifications made to the equipment other than in DELTA DORE premises, especially modification or change of the specifications if such modification or change was requested by the purchaser
− handling or connection errors during assembly,
− damage following breakage or impact, and
− generally, any abnormal use or use other than that for which the equipment was made.
e) The products does not function properly because it was not originally designed, manufacture, approved and/or authorizes for the country where you use the products
f) batteries and accumulators.

DELTA DORE shall not in any circumstances accept liability for commissioning of an alarm installation.

3. Warranty for non-DELTA DORE products

Technical liability for products sold for a manufacturer is limited to that of a distributor and may not be substituted for that of the manufacturer. In such case, the warranty and repair are the liability of the manufacturer.

4. Warranty period

DELTA DORE’s warranty runs for a period of 24 months.

GARANTIVILLKOR

1. Villkor för garantianspråk

DELTA DORE-garantin påverkar inte dina lagliga rättigheter.

En avtalsenlig garanti gäller för produkterna med varumärket DELTA DORE från och med inköpsdatumet. Garantitiden anges i punkt 4. Om inköpsfakturan inte kan uppvisas anses garantiperioden börja löpafrån och med tillverkningsdatumet som anges på produkterna.
För att göra anspråk på garantin måste kunden på egen bekostnad och på egen risk översända den berörda produkten i sin originalförpackning eller, i avsaknad av denna, i en liknande förpackning tillsammans med inköpsfakturan.
DELTA DORE kommer, efter att ha kontrollerat produkten som är föremål för reklamation, efter eget val att antingen ersätta en produkt som erkänts vara defekt mot en identisk eller liknande produkt, eller reparera produkten, med undantag av skadestånd i syfte att täcka direkta eller indirekta skador.
Produktens kvarhållande för garantiservice kan inte ge upphov till någon som helst ersättning.
Garantin gäller på villkor att produkten har använts för avsett ändamål enligt anvisningarna i bruksanvisningen.
Vid produktersättning kvarstår den ursprungliga produktens inköpsdatum som garantins startdatum.

2. Undantag från garantin

DELTA DORE-garantin kan under inga omständigheter ge upphov till skadestånd.

• produkter som har en särskild garanti från tillverkaren,
• produktersom inte har marknadsförts eller använts enligt bruksanvisningen och inte har använts för privata ändamål,
• normalt produktslitage,
• reparationer till följd av
− oavsiktliga försämringar (åsknedslag, häftiga spänningsvariationer m.m.),
− ändringar av utrustningen utanför DELTA DORE:s lokaler,
− felaktig hantering eller anslutningsfel vid montering,
− försämringar till följd av skador eller stötar,
− anpassning av produkten i syfte att uppfylla kraven för tillämpliga tekniska standarder eller säkerhetsstandarder i ett annat land än det där produkten ursprungligen har konstruerats och tillverkats
− allmänt onormal användning eller annan än avsedd användning för vilken utrustningen tillverkats,
• batterier och ackumulatorer.

DELTA DORE ansvarar under inga omständigheter för en larminstallation.

3. Garanti för andra produkter som inte har varumärket DELTA DORE

Det tekniska ansvaret för produkter som säljs för en tillverkares räkning begränsas till distributörsfunktionen och ersätter inte tillverkarens garanti. Under dessa omständigheter ansvarar tillverkaren för garanti och reparation.

4. Garanti

2 års garanti ges på produkterna i sortimenten Värme, Automatik, Domotik och Säkerhet.

Technical liability for products sold for a manufacturer is limited to that of a distributor and may not be substituted for that of the manufacturer. In such case, the warranty and repair are the liability of the manufacturer.

4. Warranty period

DELTA DORE’s warranty runs for a period of 24 months.
