Important information concerning the Lifedomus product range
Dear customer,
You have upgraded or purchased the Lifedomus product range in recent years, and we would like to thank you for this. This product range has represented a response to the enhancement of high-end Smart Home installations, by means of a multi-protocol approach. We have now made the decision to focus our efforts on our Smart Home solutions, which are simple and accessible to all, alongside the launch of a door/window range.
Therefore, from Spring 2021, we decided to cease the marketing of this product range; a decision that became effective as of 30 June 2021.
To ensure maximum service continuity for customers who are equipped with these products, we implemented a plan to be phased in over the course of 3 years, enabling a transition to alternative solutions by 2023, the steps of which we will now share with you below:
From 30/06/2021:
What will continue: software and hardware maintenance, as well as technical support, will continue to be provided within the existing scope of the offering (aftersales)
What has stopped: the product range (products & options) is no longer available for sale.
From 01/01/2024:
What will continue: the control of installed products, programming, and automated systems will continue to operate as normal.
What is no longer guaranteed: Delta Dore no longer commits to maintaining remote services. This includes:
- Sending and receiving iOS or Android notifications on mobile devices
- Sending and receiving email notifications
- The EasyLife feature, allowing subscription-free remote access to a DynDNS service. As an alternative solution, if you do not have a fixed IP address you could subscribe to a DynDNS service.
- Google and Alexa voice services
- The activation of Lifedomus options and servers
- Remote support from Delta Dore developers
The 3-year product warranty, starting from the respective date of purchase, will be honoured. Rest assured that we will do everything in our power to provide you with the best possible support throughout this transitional period.
